All sales are final. However, if your plans change and you no longer need your purchased service, we’re happy to apply your credit toward another service of your choice. We recognize that unexpected circumstances arise, and we’ll work with you to find a fair and flexible solution. Thank you for your understanding.
To help us serve all clients efficiently, please notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled appointment if you need to reschedule. This advance notice allows us to adjust our calendar and offer your slot to others.
If you need to reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, a $99 rescheduling fee applies. We get that emergencies happen, just reach out and explain your situation, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you with a new appointment time.
